 Tough Tyres

Steps to take:

1)
Take note of tyre size, load rating, speed rating, manufacture and series.
2) If you were happy with these tyres, go to step 5.
3) Think about the main things you are looking for in a tyre (for instance price, grip, mileage, noise and ride comfort). Have realistic expectations - the cheapest is unlikely to be the best.
4) Ask for advice, if there is any brand you like or dislike, mention them at this time.
Note: Most tyre stores are franchises and will recommend their main brands. (The more calls you make the more confused you may become)
5) After making a decision on what you want, make 2 - 3 phone calls to ensure you are being charged the correct price (make sure the price includes fitting, balancing, tubeless valves and tyre casing disposal). Then phone your local tyre store to see if they will match the price. It is always better to deal locally so that if a problem arises it can be quickly attended to.
